Hematite, polished round beads on a 15 inch strand. Several bead sizes available. These natural iron ore beads have more heft than most other stones, and can be quite durable in a bracelet. Hematite has been used at least as far back as the Minoan culture, from which have been found cylinder seals for pressing images into clay.
