Order Processing

Your order will be processed within 3 business days.  Exception:  no orders will be processed on national holidays (e.g., Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.).  We do our best to make accurate estimates. Delivery times may be longer due to circumstances out of our control once it leaves our facility.  At this time, we ship worldwide.

Shipping

Free Shipping is included on all items.  Orders ship directly from the warehouse(s).  Typical carrier for all international shipments is ePacket.  Standard shipping times for ePacket are 15-35 days based on product sourcing but may arrive sooner.  Multiple product types may arrive in separate shipments from different warehouses.  A delay at customs for international shipments occurs very infrequently. 

NOTE ON COVID-19: We are experiencing unusually long delays in shipments, by more than 2 weeks beyond standard ePacket shipping times. Some shipments are even being intercepted by Customs and returned to the supplier to avoid spreading of the coronavirus. We ask all customers to be patient during this difficult time while waiting for packages.

A tracking number is issued for each shipment.  We provide the tracking number to you once we confirm that the order has shipped.  If an extraordinary delay occurs with your shipment, or if there is a clear problem with the integrity of the outer packaging such as tampering, you are welcome to contact us for assistance.  We will do whatever we can to help locate your shipment or, in the rare event the package Is lost, provide alternatives to keep you as a valued customer.
